Avocados from Mexico

Unlike domestic avocados, Mexican avocados have a year-round growing season. For several years, I worked on marketing and advertising campaigns designed to position Avocados from Mexico as always fresh and always on-trend. I loved developing innovative, highly visual culinary concepts for AFM and being the creative director and writer for their foodservice advertising and marketing communications.
