My extra-large Riedel Cabernet glass runneth over with love for these impossibly delicious wines, this winery, and its gracious gentleman-founders, Bob Binder and Walter Yost.
Over the last decade, I’ve had the pleasure of writing marketing and label copy for them, and even got to name their Yountville “Tasting Home.” (Because…it’s a tasting room that feels like someone’s elegant private home. Except that in this home, everything single thing, from the dining room table and chairs to the silver olive picks, is for sale).
